A Green Community started by a Peng Chau Municipal Building Rennovation.
"
The renovation aims to create an education hub on green energy. The community complex houses two floors of exhibition and library for each. There is also an organic farm which serves as a place for learning as well as providing food for the community. With cycling as the main means of transport for Ping Chau residents, the municipal services building engages the community by allowing bikers to ride through the exhibitions and market. People can pick up some food while being on their bike.
